Do I have to book a whole week?
We can accept bookings for less than a week subject to availability. Just ring and ask and we can discuss both your requirements and a price. Usually we like weekly bookings to be from Saturday to Saturday but again, subject to availability, this can be negotiated.
What if someone in my party cancels and so we have fewer people booking?
The prices quoted are for the whole property and so the more people go, the cheaper it will be per person. If you book for a party of 4 and only 3 of you go, then the price remains the same.
What if I have to cancel the entire booking?
We operate a generous refund policy and give a full refund up to 1 month before departure. Up to 2 weeks before departure we are able to give a half refund. We regret that if you cancel within 2 weeks of the departure date, no refund will apply.
Do you provide insurance?
No, you will need to organise your own insurance both for your flights and for the length of your stay.
Can you book my flight?
Again, this is something you need to do. However, we provide very comprehensive details of which airlines fly to which airports and give their direct web addresses. In addition, there are links to generic sites such as LastMinute.com where you can surf for the cheapest deals. See the Getting There section for further information.
What do I need to bring?
We provide as much as possible so that you need to bring as little as possible: your clothes, books to read, toiletries, documentation, foreign currency etc. We provide all bed linen and towels, and can even provide a well stocked fridge for your arrival for a small extra charge, starting at €15.
What happens if we lose our key?
We have a friendly English couple who act as keyholders on site. They will introduce themselves to you on your arrival, and look after you if there are any disasters!
How do we know what facilities are available on site, where they are, and how to arrange them?
There is a map of the site in your house, and all the amenities are clearly marked. The keyholders will also be available to help you.
